Process Services & Integrity Testing
Integrity testing services include Helium Leak Detection for identifying ultra-small leaks, Kamos testing to verify downstream integrity, and critical valve testing to ensure pressure retention in accordance with OEM requirements.
Commissioning Support & Inerting
Hot nitrogen purging and system inerting ensure the safe displacement of oxygen and hydrocarbons, while gas lifting enables the controlled injection of gas to lift and displace process fluids during critical operations.
Mechanical & Flange Integrity Services
Hydraulic torque tightening and bolt tensioning ensure controlled fastening and critical flange integrity, complemented by flange face machining to restore sealing surfaces within OEM tolerances, as well as cold cutting and beveling for precise, spark-free pipe preparation.
Pipeline Readiness & Cleaning
Services include hydrostatic testing for pressure verification, pigging operations from subsea to onshore pipelines covering cleaning, gauging, dewatering, drying, and conditioning. They also include chemical cleaning for targeted removal of internal contaminants and high-pressure jetting to eliminate scale, debris, and deposits.
